Being home has taught me a few things – that there are really good mixologists and bartenders in the city and I wish I knew how to make simple syrup at home and a cocktail on their level rather than always going for a Tuly.
I was offered to try out a new service in Chicago through Sourced Cocktails. They have had great success in NYC, Los Angeles, Austin, Dallas, San Francisco and just expanded to Chicago and DC.
Sourced Craft Cocktails is an easy to use service that delivers classic cocktails to consumer’s doors. They also provide bartenders who are currently out of work with the ability to earn a livable wage by safely delivering orders.

There’s three different options to help you get the perfect cocktail at home:
- Today’s Featured Menu: 15 new refreshing summer-based cocktails are now available on Today’s Featured Menu
- Build Your Own Cocktail Kit: Consumers can shop by their favorite brand and customize a cocktail kit, where they can choose between three unique cocktail recipes
- Draft Pass: The first in-home draft cocktail machine, the Draft Pass keeps your cocktails flawless for 7 days. Purchase a small or large-sized cocktail infuser (yours to keep!) and the first set of cocktails is on Sourced Craft Cocktails. Once you run out, place an order for a refill of 15/30 cocktails depending on the size, and a Professional Bartender will refill and recharge your infuser at your front doorstep.
I ordered the Rhytm and Blueberries and after my first sip, I felt like I was having River North quality drinks at home. The mix was so fresh and bottled so that it would last up to 5 days. They give you a bottle of alcohol and then a jar of the freshly made mixer. It was fun playing bartender for the night on the patio and knowing that the drinks were actually going to be good.

If you’re having a few people over for Labor Days or other socially distanced hangouts on the patio or at the park, Sourced Cocktails makes it really easy to bring to gatherings, in a to go tote, or get it delivered.
Nights at home just got an upgrade! Have you had cocktails delivered to your home during the pandemic?
